This board would be great as a chopping board and as a serving tray because of its size and beauty.
Made out of Tassie Blackwood, Tassie Oak and Walnut.
The board is 603mm xlong 292 wide x 35mm thick.
Has rebated handles to make it easy to move around as well as rubber feet.
The board was made by hand in South Australia in a small workshop.

Care instructions
Timber cutting boards and serving trays are very easy to care for and if they are looked after will last for many years.
Here is how they should be looked after.
First off they should never be put in a dish washer. The heat and steam in a dish washer can cause the timber to swell which could lead to cracking.
All timber boards should just be wiped down after use and its a good habit to wipe the front and back at the same time then stand it up to dry. Doing this will help stop uneven drying of the timber that can make it bow.
Every month or so its a good idea to wipe the board down with a board butter or mineral oil to stop it drying out.
The boards can be lightly sanded then rewaxed if you are seeing lots of cuts in the board. This is more of a visual preference.
If these steps are followed the board will last many years and will look great.
